 Processing:

surface plates are distinguished by their highly dense and even surface structure. Exceptional strength and durability of the surface are guaranteed by a special cast iron. The high stiffness and stability of the surface plates is achieved by the special rib design with T-shaped reinforcements and controlled cooling process.

1.it can be produced by national standard:GB / T 22095-2008.

3.Face can be processed V-shaped,T type, U-shaped slots and round holes, long holes, etc

5.Plate installation should be transferred to level, load blance distributes in each point.

6.Ambient temperature(20 plus or minus 5 degrees)should be used to avoid vibration.
